Current Weight: 130 Yes I MAINTAINED! I will admit, I did gain weight this year due to emotional eating and at times just plain gluttony. Neither of which are good reasons to gain weight therefore I had to stop that behavior and get back on track. Summer was approaching as well so I DEFINITELY had to lose a few pounds. I gained about 15lbs since my initial weight loss and I got rid of the excess weight via walking, jogging and LOTS of water. 60% of the emails I receive about weight loss end with the question, Can you help motivate me? That is a HARD request because I’m never too sure what motivates YOU to progress, so I hope this helps.
How long did it take for you to reach your goal weight loss?
It took me 4-6 months entirely, I lost the BULK of my weight in the summer, but a few pounds here and there prior to that, the problem was I kept gaining back weight so I don’t really counts those months,
I lost 40lbs altogether but let’s say 30lbs in the last 3 months of summer
Hii, i just saw your youtube weight loss video. And im having issues loosing weight. We have the same story almost, boys tell me they love how thick I am, so i have no motivation. I still feel beautiful, but not healthy. Ive tried everything. I need a hug
*HUG* Now time for tough love…. “boys tell me they love how thick I am, so i have no motivation” Are you serious?!!! You mean to tell me you base your decisions on what BOYS feel? Honey, BOYS are just hitting puberty so they only think about one thing, and unless you plan on pleasing all of them and their desires I don’t recommend giving two shits about how they feel. They don’t care about you not feeling healthy, they only care about what is appealing to them physically, for sexual purposes obviously.
I really want you to understand how EMPTY their appeal to your figure really is, and its quite SELFISH.
It may weird you out… but it shouldn’t. Be open minded and read this description.
Rubber Johnny is a six-minute experimental short film and music video directed by Chris Cunningham in 2005, using music composed by Aphex Twin. The name Rubber Johnny is drawn from a British slang for “condom” as well as a description of the main character, which explains the title sequence.
—————————————-
–
The concept for Rubber Johnny came from Cunningham imagining a raver morphing as he danced. The idea evolved to the present film, in which Johnny (played by Cunningham) is an isolated deformed (possibly hydrocephalus) teenager kept on a wheelchair and locked in a dark basement with his chihuahua. Given his situation, he spends his life imagining all kinds of musical psychedelia to entertain himself.
The film was originally intended to be a 30 second TV commercial for the Aphex Twin album drukqs, using the track “afx237 v7″. However, Cunningham grew to like the concept more and more and decided to expand the concept into a longer length (the original commercial remains in the film in an altered form.) The film was shot partially in infrared night vision on digital video. The film’s music is “afx237 v7 (w19rhbasement remix)”, a remix made by Cunningham; the credits music is “gwarek2″, also from drukqs.
The film starts out with a doctor trying to communicate with Johnny who merely babbles in response. At a given point, Johnny manages to just barely leave his incoherent verbal babbling for a moment and mentions that he sees his mother, saying “mm–muhmaamaa.” The doctor understands this and asks him if he wants her to come in. When this occurs, he begins to freak out and has to be given a sedative injection.
The scene cuts to a blinking fluorescent light, then to a mouse crawling over a press-sticker credit, followed by the title, “Rubber Johnny” which is seen on a backwards-playing scene of a condom being pulled off a penis.
Johnny is first seen leaning backward in his wheelchair with his oversized head hanging over the back of it. Johnny mutters a distorted “Aphex.” This begins the Aphex Twin track, and Johnny begins to rhythmically follow it, while his dog watches. His dancing involves him performing balancing tricks with his wheelchair, and deflecting light beams with his hands as he dances.
After a minute or so, a door opens and he is interrupted by someone who appears to be his father. During this, Johnny is out of his delusion and is shown sitting upright in the wheelchair, turning to look. His father opens the room’s door, yells at him unintelligibly, and slams the door.
After he leaves, Johnny is seen inhaling a large line of white powder. The video then becomes even more erratic and delusional, as if the effect of the powder has not only affected Johnny, but the video’s world itself. The music becomes more spasmodic remix of the previous tune, and Johnny now hides behind a door, avoiding the white light beams. Later, he gets his face smashed at high speed into a piece of glass, with the camera watching from the other side so that the elastic-like skin and even some innards can be seen flattening out onto the glass every time. This was done using prosthetic-based special effects rather than digital morphing.
After a while of this, he is interrupted a second time by his yelling father, after which the video ends with Johnny, once again, reclining back in his wheelchair and babbling at his chihuahua.
Wanna know how I’ve been losing weight? The few extra pounds I put on dealing with my ex (I’m fine and well and over my ex. Who I’m a little embarrassed I even dated, so let’s just pretend he never happened lol) are melting away thanks to my plan:

I’m 21– 120.5 LBS–have 2 kids…6 LBS less than I was in high school…should I GAIN weight?
It would be hard for me to determine whether or not you should lose weight based on that information alone. I would need to know your height and proportions. I weigh 130lbs and I am 5’2″, some people may feel I weigh too much for my height, but they haven’t considered the fact that I have curves and those curves add a little more weight to me. I’m your age, no children and weigh 10lbs more than you, yet I’m considered very petite now.
I wouldn’t recommend losing/gaining weight based on the scale’s results alone not appealing to you. At the end of the day it’s all about you’re overall health and how YOU feel about your body. If you feel you are too slim gaining weight is fine, if you feel you are overweight, then losing weight would be your desired route.
Kianna you look great and I applaud your determination. I have similar issues and recently started portion control and exercise. But the water is the thing that gets me down because I am a soda lover. I cut the soda of course but my question is how much water did you drink a day and are there any alternatives to just plain ole water?

How long did it take to lose the weight?
First, I MUST address my Master Cleanse journey because I constantly get asked if it works, it’s purpose is to CLEANSE and that it does.
I began my journey in January, starting with the Master Cleanse, KEEP IN MIND, the Master Cleanse did NOT lead to my overall 40lb weight loss. I did the master cleanse in January and lost 13lbs. That’s all, so no the Master Cleanse is not an easy way out.
And I gained back most if not all of the weight, because after a fast YOU WILL GAIN BACK WEIGHT, YOUR BODY WANTS TO RETAIN EVERYTHING IT CAN, IT IS NORMAL. So don’t be disappointed when you gain back weight, that’s expected, because it’s not a diet, it’s a CLEANSE/DETOX.
After the cleanse, I spent months trying to figure out what techniques and diet pills could help me, then I gave up for a while. In June I sat down and focused on the source of all my weight gain, which was my large meal plan. From June to August I lost the weight. Through eating less, exercise and more will power than I ever thought I had.
I’m having a bit of writer’s block in regards to what YOU want to know about weight loss.
I keep getting GREAT questions that I am compiling for a FAQ section as well as future posts, feel free send me any questions regarding Weight loss, nutrition, exercise, etc. in the FORM BELOW or type in the comment section.
