I LOST WEIGHT and my Booty!
Wanna know how I’ve been losing weight? The few extra pounds I put on dealing with my ex (I’m fine and well and over my ex. Who I’m a little embarrassed I even dated, so let’s just pretend he never happened lol) are melting away thanks to my plan:
- Water/ Herbal drinks
- No sugar/cheese
- Whole wheat or NO WHEAT
- Walking /Jogging
- Weight lifting
- Squats & Lunges

My pants have been falling off of me lately and that sounds nice and all but I HATE IT because I was losing my BOOTY!! Well not anymore!!
Ever heard of squats and lunges? For those that ask how I got my thighs, legs and buns so toned…. well now you know.
POSTURE IS EVERYTHING!
When I jog or walk I make sure my posture is straight, and my chest is out, it helps my breathing, helps support my 34DDs and helps shape my body. When squatting and having the right posture, you can guarantee a nice tight lower half, seriously why would you want it any other way?
I’ve noticed a more feminine curve to my lower back and booty since I’ve started and I love it, my motivation to keep going is my progress.
Now….

kianna I need to lose weight over summer. I’ve been overweight for a while now. I used to be really active. I’m willing to work to lose weight. I just need to lose atleast 45 pounds. any is good! I want to go back to school thin and sexy. any help is appreciated!

i am doing the same thing this summer except i am losing 30 pounds because i want to go back thin and sexy. though i love my body i would like tto be healthy and love it more. so i would like to see kiannas response to this.

your progress has given me courage. at the beginning of this year i was active, but finals came around and i had to focus on the studies. now that school is out im planning on getting back in shape. now i dont want to have a dramatic change just toned.

Hey, kianna you are absolutley georgous !! but . i’m 13 and i really really really want to loose wieght for the summer for bikini season mostly around my upper thighs my lower stomach ( muffin top :/ ) . and around my arms . i really want help . i’ve been trying to limit how much i eat but it doesn’t work . i run around the block once a week . plus i walk all day to friends house . i’m active but somewhat lazy. can you please help me ?!? i need to loose weight i look at everyone at the waterparks and i’m like why can’t that be me ? i feel huge compared to everyone . and i’ve got huge curves. i’m 5’4 . jean size nine i weigh 145 . do you think you could help ?! email me ? thank you so so so much

hey kianna first i want to say you look amazing and i admire how you stook through this hard process with dedication and determination extrodinary job kianna. OK IM 19 AND I HAD A BABY BOY a year ago and i gained 50 pounds when my normal weight was 175 plus im 5’7 and im curvy,buh every since i had my son i spreaded wide love handles, mid section,thighs,hips,boobs (big boobs which i never had) and my arms even got bigger im now 213 which i HATE IT! i miss my flaat tummy and me being in shape…..and i reallly want to loose weight cuase i dont feel good bout myself anymore and i want to be healthy,and able to ak my son to the park without feeling lazy.so can you please HELP me kianna???? i reallly need and want to loose this unwanted fat..please email me as well…thanks alot!!!!!

Heya KiAnna, you have definately inspired me to get off my laaaazy hinnie and do something about it. I have come to the conclusion (after reading through your work) that ACTIONS speak louder than words. I now just say to myself “CUT THE BULLS*** AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!” which really does help! You can go around and around in circles doing the SAME thing because you are stuck in a routine, you just need to shake it up a little.
I go to the gym and I attend weekly spinning classes, however (and I am sure you’ve had this questions tons of times) I am finding whatever I do, my stomach just doesn’t seem to be toning as easily as everywhere else. I do my cardio and situps…I feel the burn then, but would you recommend the pull bar to help it along a little? I am more concerned about the muffin top area.
Also, one last question. What would you recommend for lunches? I ALWAYS have trouble with ideas as I am at work all day 5 days a week.

Hey Kianna! Im really glad to see people like you around focusing on fitness and body wellness! You are really smart and inspirational!
Now days all the focus is center on loosing weight no matter how its done.
Recently Ive been involved in body wellness groups, that support healthy lifstyle, insted of just loosing weight. All my life ( since 9, now 25) Ive been on diets, visiting nutriologist for the sake of first pleasing my parents, then pleasing others, I must admit Ive been a yoyo all of my life and never never been happy about my body not even at 125 lbs, I wasn´t more happy than I am now at 155lbs.
I never relized untill now, that I should start to do things for my self and not for other, the constant focuse on weight and scales drove me crazy last year that I was trying to get back on a lighter weight, instead of loosing I ended up gaining, I think I finally snapped after all those years of yoyo dieting, Now Im getting back in shape Not for the sake of being thin, but being healthy and active, and above all doing something for my self , for me it has been really helpful to accept my own body, it has motivated me to treat it well by eating right and exercising, I really admire you for trying to inspire others to be well with their self, and taking care of their body, you sure motivated me more.
I am short like you 5´2, so I identify a lot with your body type, with the difference that I have a lot more booty than boobs. I wish you luck in your journey! ( sorry if I missed spelled I´m not used to talk in English)

I am trying my best to lose weight and I always do the right thing and also eat right …but than after a while I always give up and I was wondering if u can give me some tips ….. If I lose weight will my boobs and butT go flat or what n will my curves show more I really need your help !. Thank you
